URBAN DESIGN
Designing new places.
Understanding the effects of different building volumes, heights, spacing, functions, materials and architectural character allows for the design of new places valued by owners, occupants and visitors. Having worked with some of the key exponents of new urbanism in Europe, we draw upon a great tradition of urban design now being applied worldwide. We have successfully put together teams of experienced consultants to best serve client needs and aspirations. Our exprience includes London’s Kings Cross redevelopment as well as student housing, cultural quarters and resort developments around the Mediterranean.

Negotiating the planning process.
We have great experience working within the UK’s detailed legal planning permit system. We have successfully assisted clients to gain permission to build in sensitive historic locations.
